Strategy - 15%
•	Act as the subject matter expert for EHS requirements on investor- and government-required disclosures
•	Engage with other LFZ business units to identify and evaluate the safety compliance of projects. 
•	Identify areas of EHS improvement in LFZ operations 
•	Study and bring in best EHS practices from other companies 
Operations - 50%
•	Monitor and assess hazardous and unsafe situations and implement effective safety solutions.
•	Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being implemented properly.
•	Participate in incident investigations and reporting.
•	Verifies that all tools and equipment are safe for use
•	Give daily/weekly/monthly reports detailing health and safety within the work area.
•	Facilitate EHS training and on-site safety induction 
•	Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.
•	Ensure the implementation of EHS Code of Conduct.
•	Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
•	Conducts toolbox meetings.
Compliance Management- 15%
•	Monitor LFZ EHS-related activities to identify opportunities for improvement
•	Maintain a legal register of EHS-related laws, regulations and standards and ensure compliance at all times.
•	Enhance LFZ Enterprise EHS activities.
Reporting - 20%
•	Support the production of EHS reports meant for external stakeholders to relevant standards.
•	Identify and periodically review material EHS issues based on expectations of external and internal stakeholders and the impact on business performance.
