Skills:

Installation and maintenance of electrical wiring panels and distribution boards for high-rise buildings. Knowledge of three-phase power systems and load balancing. Ability to troubleshoot power outages and electrical faults quickly. Familiarity with emergency power systems (generators UPS). Compliance with electrical safety codes and standards. Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics. Additional Skills: Experience with elevator power systems and fire alarm circuits. Integration with BMS for lighting and energy monitoring. Competence in surge protection and grounding systems.
