Preventive Maintenance Oversight • Review and validate preventive maintenance plans for all assets and systems. • Monitor execution of preventive Maintenance tasks and verify compliance with OEM recommendations and SLA timelines. • Conduct periodic audits to ensure Preventive maintenance activities are completed with quality and consistency. 3. Inspection & Testing • Perform routine inspections of FM services (e.g., Housekeeping, Services upkeep, HVAC performance, lighting levels, plumbing integrity etc.). • Witness and verify testing of systems post-repair or maintenance. • Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) for deviations and follow up on corrective actions. 4. Performance Monitoring & Data Analytics • Track KPIs such as response time, resolution time, asset up/down time, and service quality. • Analyze trends from issue log sheet and generate monthly R&M dashboards. • Recommend improvements based on data insights and recurring issues. 5. Training & Competency Development • Conduct technical training and quality awareness sessions for FM technicians and supervisors.
