Roles & Responsiblities:
1)Prepare and review shop drawings, coordinated drawings, as-built drawings, and BOQ for Electrical and ELV systems including power, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, BMS, access control, and structured cabling systems.
2)Assist in MEP design development and technical review of Electrical and ELV systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and international standards.
3)Coordinate Electrical and ELV works with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, architectural, and structural services to ensure smooth project execution and clash-free installations.
4)Provide technical guidance and supervision to construction teams, subcontractors, and project staff during installation, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
5)Review material submittals, technical datasheets, vendor proposals, and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with approved specifications and project requirements.
6)Oversee execution of all Electrical and ELV works including LV power distribution, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV, BMS, and access control systems as per approved drawings and project schedules.
7)Liaise with consultants, clients, local authorities, and utility providers for drawing approvals, inspections, testing approvals, and service connections.
8)Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship quality, installation standards, safety compliance, QA/QC procedures, and adherence to engineering standards.
9)Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day site activities including manpower allocation, task assignments, progress monitoring, issue resolution, and resource coordination.
10)Prepare technical reports, inspection requests, testing and commissioning documents, as-built drawings, and project close-out documentation to support successful project delivery and handover package. "
