Project Manager

•	Lead end-to-end execution of engineering and construction projects.
•	Prepare Project Charters, Project Execution Plans and baseline schedules.
•	Coordinate design, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE activities.
•	Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and contractor submissions.
•	Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and change management.
•	Identify emerging risks, develop mitigation plans, escalate major risks and conduct lessons learnt reviews.
•	Lead stakeholder coordination meetings.
•	Monitor project progress using MS Project and project dashboards.
•	Ensure compliance with company governance and engineering standards.
•	Review of contractor claims, variations and payment.
•	Drive onsite quality assurance, inspections and closure of NCRs.
•	Ensuring and promoting HSE compliance.
•	Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
•	Plan commissioning, testing, handover and close-out documentation.
•	Ensure projects are maintainable and operable, fully documented and defect-free operational handover.
•	Mentor team members and develop high-performing project teams.

•	Projects delivered within approved schedule and budget.
•	Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI).
•	Timely submission of project reports.
•	Effective risk mitigation and change control.
•	Quality NCR closure before project handover.
