Role Overview The Hospitality Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, maintenance, and service delivery of all facility functions within a hospitality environment. This role ensures the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with service standards expected in a guest focused setting. The manager will lead the FM team, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain high operational standards that support an exceptional guest and resident experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise the Facility Management (FM) team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and adherence to operational standards. • Oversee maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, landscaping, and general building upkeep. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to hospitality facilities. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life cycles. • Coordinate with hospitality operations teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, Security) to ensure seamless guest service delivery. • Respond promptly to facility issues, emergencies, and guest-impacting incidents. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility efficiency, sustainability, and guest satisfaction. • Maintain a strong eye for detail within residential spaces, ensuring rooms, apartments, and shared areas meet readiness standards for bookings, move-ins, and client expectations. • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee cleanliness, functionality, and presentation aligned with hospitality service culture. • Collaborate closely with guest services teams to ensure a smooth booking experience and consistently high-quality room readiness.

• Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance procedures and hospitality operational standards. • Proven leadership experience managing technical and service teams. • Excellent communication problem solving and organizational skills. • Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of detail particularly in residential or guest occupied spaces. • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to operational challenges. • Professional certifications in Facility Management (e.g. IFMA CFM FMP) are an added advantage.
