As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of complex projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion. 
• Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project 
success. 
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design drawing 
specifications. 
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design team members. 
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations. 
• Ensure all designs comply with international building codes and regulations. 
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. 
• Adhere timelines and optimize resources effectively. 

Design Development: 
• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that align with client needs and 
project objectives. 
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify potential challenges and 
opportunities. 
• Developing design concepts based on building codes, site characteristics, and 
functional requirements and budgetary constraints. 
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar 
software to communicate design ideas. 
• Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to create detailed 
architectural plans. 
• Develop interactive 3D models. 

Project Management: 
• Overseeing the entire architectural design from inception to completion. 
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
