General Manager - HR

Strategic HR Leadership:
•	Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with LFZ's business objectives
•	Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights on HR related matters
•	Lead organizational change initiatives and culture transformation projects – create and implement HR policies, processess and initiatives.
•	Liaise with Tolaram Sustainability team on various HR related matters such as Employee Welfare, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) etc.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
•	Overhaul the current hiring process, implementing AI-driven solutions for CV shortlisting, etc.
•	Develop a structured interview process, including behavioural assessments
•	Implement a structured approach to streamline recruitment
•	Create and enforce policies for internal transfers and promotions
Performance Management:
•	Design suitable annual appraisal processes, i 
•	Implement a performance management software system
•	Develop clear job descriptions and KRAs 
•	Create a career progression framework
Learning and Development:
•	Identify training needs for staff 
•	Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and promote career growth 
•	Implement tracking mechanisms for training effectiveness
Compensation and Benefits:
•	Review and optimize the current payroll process, especially overtime management
•	Develop fair and competitive compensation structures
•	Standardize policies related to benefits, allowances, and perks



HR Operations and Systems:
•	Digitize HR processes, including onboarding, exit, and no-dues clearance
•	Implement an HRIS to centralize employee data and automate HR processes
•	Develop and maintain an up-to-date employee handbook and HR policies
•	Establish a systematic Training Needs Identification (TNI) process 
•	Develop a Competency Matrix for all roles
