The UI/UX Designer, known for creativity and attention to detail, will be responsible for crafting and improving the digital experience across our platforms. This role focuses on designing user-centric solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement for both web and mobile applications. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, you will transform concepts into high-quality designs, wireframes, and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:
•	User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to understand customer needs and improve design decisions.
•	Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to visualize the user journey and ensure a seamless experience.
•	UI Design: Design responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
•	Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to refine designs and enhance user experience.
•	Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals.
•	Design System & Guidelines: Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and reusable UI components for consistency across platforms.
•	Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
