1. Operational Oversight • Supervise daily cleaning, housekeeping, and soft service activities across all assigned facilities. • Ensure all spaces remain clean, well-maintained, and compliant with service standards. • Oversee waste management, laundry, linen, and restroom hygiene. 2. Quality & Client Service • Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and consistency. • Address issues and complaints promptly, ensuring stakeholder and client satisfaction. • Maintain premium service delivery for high-profile clients and events. 3. Team & Vendor Management • Direct and coordinate in-house staff and outsourced service providers. • Ensure efficient work processes and proper allocation of manpower and resources. • Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring for staff. 4. Compliance & Safety • Enforce adherence to HSE policies, including safe use of chemicals and equipment. • Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure corrective measures are implemented. 5. Reporting & Administration • Track and report on cleaning schedules, consumables, and vendor performance. • Prepare periodic reports on facility conditions, challenges, and improvements. • Support budget planning and cost control for soft service operations.
