Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of Heavy Construction Machinery such as loaders, excavators, dumpers, dozers, and graders at sites to minimize downtime and enhance equipment availability. Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Heavy equipment (Loader, Excavator, Dozer, Dumper, etc.). • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults. • Conduct periodic inspections and machine health check-ups. • Ensure timely repairs and services to minimize breakdowns. • Provide on-site technical support to operators and maintenance teams. • Support machine commissioning, installation, and performance testing. • Liaise with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for technical updates and warranty claims. • Prepare daily service reports, breakdown analyses, and maintenance logs. • Record and analyze machine performance data, reporting abnormalities. • Maintain spare parts usage records and recommend inventory replenishment.
