Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing a welcoming environment and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves managing reception tasks, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative functions. Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy. Manage incoming calls, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed. Process check-ins and check-outs for guests. Provide information about the company’s services, facilities. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and security.
