Skills:

1. Installation servicing and troubleshooting of HVAC systems for multi-floor buildings. 2. Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems commonly used in high-rise structures. 3. Ability to balance air distribution and maintain indoor air quality. 4. Refrigerant handling and leak detection. 5. Electrical wiring and control systems for HVAC units. 6. Preventive maintenance scheduling for chillers AHUs and split units. Experience in DAIKIN will be an advantage. Additional Skills Understanding of energy efficiency standards. Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) integration. Competence in ductwork installation and insulation.
